Jakie St Clair's 60th Birthday Party was held at the very prestigious Belvedere Restaurant in Holland Park, Jakie and her husband Carl Michaelson hosted 280 of her closest friends with a host of celebrities, the dress code was 'Simply White', and the invitation read 'No Gifts', it started from 7.30pm until very late, with cocktails and champagne served, beautiful food and plenty of dancing.
At 9.30pm a very moving video was played of Jakie's life, she watched surrounded by her girlfriends, while husband Carl watched with love the moments they shared together. The surprise of the evening happened when the curtain of the stage was lifted and a full performance by Bryan Ferry and his band took place to the delight of everyone.
The catering was by Cellar Society with Caviar Bar and Cheese Fondue on the terrace.
And let's not forget the inevitable cake and blowing out of the candles.
An unforgettable evening.
