Raffles Hotel in Whitehall celebrated with a very special event the inauguration of the former Old War Office a Grade II listed office building, which after many years is presented as a magnificent hotel with 120 rooms and suits. Special guests included HRH Princess Royal who cut the opening ribbons.

Guests were treated to an exclusive performance by Andrea Bocelli and Sir Andrew Lloyd Webber.
