Ravinder Bhogal and Nitin Sawhney, a British food writer and chef, founder of Asian fusion restaurant Jikoni (Bhogal), hosted a launch event to celebrate the restaurant's new ten-day residency at Fortum & Mason. The residency features talks from Meera Syal and Sanjeev Bhaskar, cocktail-making masterclasses, a High Chai celebration, and a Scott Egg Bar. Nitin Sawhney performed.
